Description :

• Support the execution of a proof of concept for the above scope
• Tasks:BCM DimensionsUnderstand the basic functional requirements from the Enterprise Recovery Team and mapthese requirements with the 'Out-Of-The-Box' features of the new BCM toolDetermine the non-functional requirements for the new Business Continuity ManagementTool
• Engage with relevant stakeholders from the Portfolio, IRM, Architecture, OLM and the ITSCMteam and propose an 'integrated' tooling solution/ design for Disaster Recovery, Enterpriserecovery, IDT Business Continuity and IDT Global Emergency Response functions
• Support the build of a lite PoC environment to demonstrate the proposed solution anddetermine the new ways of working for each of the BCM functions such as Disaster Recovery,Enterprise recovery, IDT Business Continuity and IDT Global Emergency Response
• Determine and propose a fit-for-purpose migration strategy, to move all BCM artifacts, suchas (BCP, DRP, QRG, Annexures, etc) from Collective, to the new BCM Tool
• Contribute to building a robust product backlog (which will be used for the actualimplementation) for the BCM Tool by providing specific user stories (including that of NFRs)for each of the BCM functions
• Propose a new method for determine the MTPD, RTO, RPO and DR ER Criteria
