IT Project Manager – Airline Operations

Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Oversee multiple IT and cloud-based projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred

Technical Leadership

• Implement and manage check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and messaging systems
• Integrate systems with DCS, CUTE, APIS, BRS, and AODB
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee solution integration

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, airlines, airports, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Negotiate contracts, manage resources, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Develop and present performance reports, establish KPIs, and monitor operational performance

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Drive process improvements to optimize system performance and enhance passenger experience
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety guidelines, and industry standards
• Conduct system testing, validation, and reporting of launched products
