IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-level application projects, including Salesforce and mobile application initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day project team activities to ensure timely delivery across all assigned projects.
• Provide continuous career development, coaching, and support for direct reports.
• Monitor and report the status of all ongoing IT projects within the organization.
• Ensure project delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Enforce adherence to the organization's Project Management Framework across all projects.
• Ensure all projects follow internal policies, processes, and compliance standards.
• Monitor initiatives, analyze progress, evaluate performance, and ensure follow-through for ongoing projects.
• Recommend new projects and corrective actions to support organizational objectives.
• Collect and analyze data to identify potential risks or obstacles in project execution.
• Maintain and update PPM reporting systems for all strategic initiatives.
• Support functional teams in project execution, change management, and benefits realization.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project effectiveness.
• Manage vendor contracts, commitments, and relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Drive periodic management reporting for schedule, cost, activities, opportunities, and risks.
• Support risk assessment for major client and internal projects, ensuring timely resolution.

Digital Transformation Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across people, processes, and technology.
• Define and communicate digital strategy aligned with enterprise and business needs.
• Identify and propose new technology advancements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map business requirements to digital and system components.
• Develop and maintain IT capability roadmaps for process improvement and technical growth.
• Oversee major programs across integration, budget, scope, schedule, quality, resources, communication, risk, and procurement.
• Develop and drive the Data & Analytics vision and roadmap for aligned business domains.
• Design Analytics and BI solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and SAP practices.

Communications & Working Relationships

Internal

• Collaborate with all departments to coordinate and monitor project execution.

External

• Manage relationships with third-party consultants and contractors.
• Ensure service delivery quality, resolve issues, and oversee contract obligations.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Project Management certification such as PMP preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in strategy, project management, execution, and transformation roles.
• Experience managing Salesforce or SAP integration projects.
• Experience in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to perform well in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
• Strong analytical and long-term strategic thinking.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
