IT - Project Manager

Experience

• Over 5 to 8 years of experience in Managing IT for Financial Services organizations (Lending preferably)
• Should have managed and delivered multiple projects – Medium to Large – related to Digital Lending
• Platforms, Mobile Applications, Workflow Management Systems (for Business Workflows), manage business rules, MIS and Data Analytics
• Should have delivered at least 1 Digital Application and 1 mobile application.
• Ability to manage change across the organization while implementing innovative initiatives.
• Preferred Skills
• Well versed with both SDLC and Agile methodologies in Application Development, Delivery
• Should have implemented business applications both 'On Premise' and 'On Cloud (Public / Private)'
• Ability to interact with business teams, coordinate requirement gathering and convert them to Functional
• Specification Documents and discuss with relevant Vendors / Service providers to procure readymade /
• customizable applications
• Experience in implementation, enhancement, supporting Core Lending Applications like OmniFin,
• FinnOne, R System
• Any experience in implementing a CRM system would add value
