IT Project Management Associate Advisor

About the Role:

We are looking for an organized and motivated IT Project Management Associate Advisor to help manage and deliver IT projects. In this role, you will support planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and managing IT projects
• Coordinate with different teams (technical and business) to track project progress
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
• Help identify project risks and work on solutions to reduce them
• Ensure clear communication between all project stakeholders
• Support in organizing meetings, tracking tasks, and following up on deadlines
• Use project management tools to manage tasks and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination or management
• Good understanding of project management concepts (like Agile or Waterfall)
• Experience with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
