IT Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize SAP for procurement activities, including purchase orders, vendor management, and inventory control.
• Upload and manage tender documents in the designated portal.
• Track project status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze procurement data and generate reports using Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams and monitor on agreement closure.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, minimum 4-5 years experience.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and experience with procurement modules.
• Strong skills in uploading and managing tender documents in online portals.
• Excellent project status tracking and reporting abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in procurement or supply chain management
• Experience with other procurement software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
