IT Network Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure enterprise network infrastructures to support project-based initiatives and organizational requirements.
• Configure and manage Palo Alto Networks firewalls, implementing security policies, threat prevention, VPNs, NAT, and advanced security features.
• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco firewalls and Cisco Catalyst switches to ensure optimal network performance, segmentation, and high availability.
• Implement and support Cisco DNA Center solutions for network automation, centralized management, monitoring, and analytics-driven optimization.
• Manage Cisco Wireless networks, including controller-based and standalone deployments, access point configuration, RF optimization, and performance tuning.
• Deploy, configure, and monitor Web Application Firewalls (WAF) to protect web applications against common threats such as OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to gather technical requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient network solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, topology diagrams, configuration backups, and asset inventories for project deployments.
• Provide technical support, incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA) for network-related issues throughout project lifecycles.
• Stay current with emerging enterprise networking technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices to continuously enhance infrastructure security and performance.
