It Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine evaluations of network and data security.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and update software and systems.
• Create and implement the organization's IT policies and best practice manuals.
• Perform routine system audits.
• Organize and set deadlines for major IT projects, including system updates, migrations, upgrades, and outages.
• Manage and report on IT budget allocation.
• Report directly to the Country Managing Director and dotted-line report to the CTO.
• Monitor KPIs and goals prepared and approved by the Country Managing Director.
• Perform ad-hoc IT tasks as required.
