IT IS_EUCS_TOOLS_SCOM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure using SCOM and other EUCS tools.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring solutions to proactively identify issues.
• Develop custom management packs and alerts in SCOM.
• Work closely with server, network, and application teams to resolve incidents.
• Analyze system logs and performance metrics to ensure system reliability.
• Create dashboards and reports to track system health and availability.
• Support automation and optimization of monitoring workflows.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.

Key Skills Required:

• Installation, configuration, and administration of SCOM
• Management pack creation and customization
• Alert tuning and monitoring best practices
• Integration with other System Center components (optional)
