Network Management

• Oversee design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of network services.

Server and System Administration

• Manage servers, operating systems, and virtualization platforms.
• Implement and maintain system configurations, backups, and disaster recovery plans.

Cloud Services

• Evaluate, implement, and manage cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Ensure seamless integration between on-premises and cloud environments.

Security and Compliance

• Implement and enforce IT security policies, protocols, and best practices.
• Monitor vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

IT Operations

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including help desk support, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT-related issues.

Budget and Vendor Management

• Develop and manage IT infrastructure budgets; optimize costs and resource utilization.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLA adherence.
