IT Engineer Pre-Sales

We are currently hiring an IT Engineer – Pre-Sales to provide presales support to the sales and technical teams. The candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between customer requirements and the company's technical offerings by preparing tailored demonstrations, handling technical documentation, and assisting in customer engagements during the pre-sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
• Assist in qualifying opportunities and identifying target accounts
• Support the technical qualification of sales leads and opportunities
• Prepare user manuals, technical documentation, and product presentations
• Respond to technical questions and documentation in RFI and RFP processes
• Build custom demonstrations tailored to customer requirements
• Create and manage Proof of Concept (POC) implementation plans
• Deliver successful POCs and collect technical feedback
• Liaise with engineering and support teams for accurate resolution of technical issues
• Follow up with clients for demos, testing, and technical discussions
• Manage the presales email inbox and assign emails to team members based on availability
• Maintain records and reports of client engagements and presales activities

Requirements

• Graduate with a technical background (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Electronics)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical support role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Hindi and English
• Strong problem-solving and client engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams
