IT Asset Management - ManageEngine tool

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the IT asset inventory using ManageEngine tools.
• Track asset allocation, movement, usage, and returns.
• Perform regular audits of hardware and software assets.
• Manage software license compliance and renewals.
• Tag and document all IT assets (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.).
• Generate asset-related reports for management and audits.
• Coordinate with procurement and IT teams for asset onboarding and disposal.
• Ensure data integrity and reconciliation of physical vs. recorded assets.
• Use ManageEngine Asset Explorer/Endpoint Central for tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in IT asset management using ManageEngine tools.
• Familiarity with IT inventory tracking, asset lifecycle, and procurement coordination.
• Proficiency in using asset tracking modules and report generation.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and Excel skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
