Key Responsibilities

Software Asset Management

• Handle software request tickets and asset management enquiries via email.
• Maintain mailboxes and respond to software-related queries.
• Track software entitlements and maintain an accurate inventory using SAM tools.
• Manage license portals (Adobe, Articulate, Docker, etc.).
• Perform license re-harvesting quarterly.
• Partner with deskside support teams on software deployments and issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in software operations.
• Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize usage to generate savings.

Hardware Asset Management

• Manage monthly reporting of hardware inventory, including deployed and in-stock devices.
• Conduct regular physical audits and reconcile asset records.
• Maintain and create hardware governance reports.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization in hardware operations.

Tool Management & Reporting

• Administer SAM tools such as USU (Aspera), ServiceNow, and Power BI.
• Generate dashboards and reports for software usage, compliance, and cost analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in IT asset operations.
