IT Asset Coordinator

• Should have 2 plus years minimum experience of working on IT Asset management profile.
• Should have B. Tech / Polytechnic Diploma or any Graduate.
• Should have experience and good skills to work on any IT Asset management tool ( like Sapphire, Manage Engine etc.)
• Should have knowledge of MS Excel intermediate level.
• Should have basic IT hardware knowledge.
• Should have Knowledge about Inward /Outward process /Spare Part Mgmt. Good understanding of IT Assets Capitalization. Procurement, and other Team to get the required info.
• Must be aware of common IT Assets activity like PAV, E-waste, Gate-pass process, Asset allocation/de-allocation.
• Candidate should be capable to manage day to day task independently.
• Candidate should be presentable and capable to work in corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Asset tagging and attaching to the assets.
• Receive assets from vendors, inwards and outwards.
• Manage the process of couriering the assets to various locations of business entities in India or to vendors in India.
• Maintaining the stock of all hardware in all business units.
• Send hardware / follow-up with vendors for repair Keep a check on hardware warranty.
• Make entries in Asset Management software and manage hardware allocation.
• Moving assets from the storage location to the user's desk and vice versa.
• Help in physical asset reconciliation.
