IT APP Dev- Project Manager

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience leading steering committee meetings with senior executives and authorities
• In-depth, hands-on experience in end-to-end project management across the full SDLC:
• Project Charter creation
• Design → Build → Test → Deploy phases
• Solid understanding and application of Agile methodology
• Proven experience with budgeting and cost control; must maintain project variance within 5–6% during execution
• Proficient in risk and issue management, with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Experience managing IT application development projects with budgets up to €2 million
• 15–20 years of overall work experience, with 3–5 years in project management roles

Good to Have:

• Industry certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or CSM
• Prior onsite experience in a similar project management role
