IPC -Macro Planner & Scheduler

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the implementation and support of planning processes, ideally in a full project or product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, e.g. Scrum or LESS, SaFe and experience working in agile product or project teams.
• Experience in leading or supporting complete DELMIA Quintiq implementations, including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support/ post-go-live support.
• Ability to configure and customize DELMIA Quintiq modules based on specific business requirements.
• Understanding of master data: material master data, bills of materials, routing, work centers, and production versions.
• Support for the integration of DELMIA Quintiq with other systems and modules (e.g., ERP systems, MES systems).
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues in production planning, capacity planning and shop floor execution.
• Coordinate with business key users and end-users to provide support and resolve issues.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications for customizations and enhancements.
• Conduct user training and create documentation.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in DELMIA Quintiq software. Align BMW business requirements, processes and objectives.
• Design, customize, configure, and test the Macro Planner and Scheduler modules.
• Identify gaps and issues and develop solutions.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and system enhancements.
• Provide consulting services for both new implementations (green field) and existing implementations (brown field).
• Act as a connector between business functions and the technical development team and consider operations aspect already during refinement and solution design.
• Provide training and user support if needed.
• Work self-directed and independently.

Must have technical skill

• Strong configuration and usage knowledge in the DELMIA Quintiq Macro Planner and Scheduler modules.
• Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle implementation project.
• Integration experience with other relevant systems and modules like SAP PP and/or MES.
• Ability to create functional specifications for custom development.
• Proficiency in production master data management: material master data, bills of materials, routing, and production versions.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making.
