Investor Relations Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead investor relations and capital raising strategy from ideation to deal closure.
• Manage ongoing communications with existing and potential investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
• Support fundraising activities, including identifying opportunities, preparing pitch decks, and leading investor meetings.
• Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting and disclosures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute strategic investor communication plans to enhance transparency and trust.
• Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights.
• Partner with senior leadership to align capital strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of investors to diversify and grow the investor base.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or corporate finance.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end investor engagement and closing investment deals.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, and corporate finance.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage high-stakes negotiations and confidential information.
