Investment Banking Manager Technology Sector

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 9–14 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity, with a strong focus on technology sector deals.
• Proven track record of leading and closing M&A and/or capital markets transactions.
• Deep understanding of the technology sector (e.g., SaaS, enterprise software, fintech, AI, semiconductors, etc.).
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with a high degree of attention to detail.

Skills & Competencies:

• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
• Experience with financial databases like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook, etc.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Strong network and understanding of the technology ecosystem, especially in key global or regional markets.
