We are seeking an experienced Investment Banker to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical abilities, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. The Investment Banker will play a key role in advising clients on various financial transactions and investment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions.
• Prepare detailed pitch books and presentations for client meetings.
• Assist in the execution of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and debt financing.
• Conduct due diligence and valuation analysis of potential investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and investors.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic advice to clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools such as Bloomberg, Excel, and PowerPoint.
