Intune & SCCM Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
• Manage and maintain SCCM infrastructure for patch management, software distribution, and OS deployment.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot device enrollment, configuration policies, and compliance settings.
• Automate and streamline deployment processes using scripting (PowerShell).
• Monitor system health, perform upgrades, and apply patches to SCCM and Intune environments.
• Work closely with security teams to enforce endpoint protection and compliance standards.
• Generate reports on device compliance, software deployments, and patch status.
• Provide technical support and training to IT staff and end-users regarding endpoint management tools.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS deployment, patch management, and software distribution.
• Proficient in scripting with PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager console and SCCM reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AD, Conditional Access, and security baselines.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and Active Directory integration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills and Certifications:

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator.
• Experience with other endpoint management tools (e.g., JAMF for macOS).
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and hybrid environment management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and other security solutions.
• Experience with SCCM migration or co-management with Intune.
