Intune Administrator (E2 Level)

Key Responsibilities

Intune Administration & Device Management

• Manage and administer Microsoft Intune for enterprise endpoint environments.
• Configure and manage MDM policies for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS/iPadOS devices.
• Handle device enrollment including Autopilot, BYOD, and corporate-owned devices.

Security & Compliance Management

• Implement device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
• Configure conditional access policies in coordination with Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Enforce encryption, DLP, and endpoint protection policies.
• Monitor device health, compliance status, and overall security posture.

Application & Patch Management

• Deploy and manage applications across Windows 11, macOS, Android, and iOS platforms.
• Manage OS patching and updates across all supported device types.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues related to applications, policies, and configurations.

Collaboration & Governance

• Work closely with security and infrastructure teams for endpoint hardening.
• Maintain documentation for audits, compliance reviews, and operational procedures.
• Support new project implementations and manage stakeholder expectations.
