We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for the position of International Voice Process/Semi-Voice in hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with international customers, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle international customer inquiries via voice and semi-voice channels.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality in communication.
• Document customer interactions and update internal systems as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English; both verbal and written.
• Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate responses.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and software for customer management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts, if required.
• 1-way/2-way cab will be provided
