International Voice Process Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for the International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
• Meet performance and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Postgraduate can apply
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
