Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information or solutions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary
- Adhere to process guidelines, policies, and quality standards
- Work efficiently in rotational shifts, adapting to diverse client time zones
Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 6 years of experience in international voice process or BPO/KPO environment
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple calls efficiently
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends if required
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
