Excellent Communication Skills (C1 Level – Voice Select)

Ability to work in rotational shifts (majority night shifts)
Self-driven with leadership potential
Contact center experience preferred (not mandatory for voice select candidates)
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates (Any Stream)
- 1 to 12 years of relevant contact center experience
HSC (12th Pass)
- 18 months to 10 years of relevant contact center experience
(Profiles above 9 years experience evaluated on case-to-case basis)
Hiring Grades
BPOZ | BPO1 | BPO2 | BPO3
⚡ Fast Track Opportunity
BPO1 Grade: Graduates with 12 months experience skip V&A round
BPOZ Grade: HSC/Undergraduates with 18–24 months experience skip V&A round
Direct move to Operations Round!
Work Details
- Open to all shifts (including night shifts)
- 9 productive hours per shift
- Weekend working as per business needs
- Open to 6 working days if required
