We are seeking a skilled individual for the position of International Voice Process to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients through effective communication and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals
- Follow scripts and guidelines while communicating with customers
- Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a voice process, preferably in an international setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computers and relevant software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in flexible shifts
- Experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus
