Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
