Role: Customer Support Associate – Voice

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience: Freshers & Experiences

Qualification: Undergraduates/ Graduate / Postgraduate

Process: International Voice

CTC: 2.5 LPA – 5 LPA

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Provide product/service information and assist customers in decision-making
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
• Identify trends in customer concerns and share feedback for improvement

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
