Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Work in a 24x7 international customer service process environment, handling customer complaints and queries in a rotational shift pattern, five days a week.

- Utilize strong command of the English language to clearly articulate solutions and empathetically engage with customers.

- Develop an expert, dynamic understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address customer concerns.

- Quickly resolve product or service issues by investigating customer complaints, determining the root cause of the problem, following standard operating procedures, and providing the best solution to the problem.

- Demonstrate a high degree of ownership and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Engage customers across multiple mediums, including chat, phone, and offline communication.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher.

- 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

- The ability to join immediately

- Willingness to work from our office in Bangalore location.

- Must have experience in driving product-led experiences
