Tech Mahindra is seeking motivated individuals for the International Voice

This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in the BPO sector and

engage with global customers.

Key Responsibilities

Experience can apply with good communications

-VOICE PROCESS (Relevant VOICE Experience Mandatory MIN 6 months of experience on papers)

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

LOCATION : Mumbai

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree

- Excellent communication skills can apply

- Candidates with 6-12 months of international voice process

- V&A Round

- Ops Round

Compensation:

- Experienced Candidates: Up to 5.3 LPA

Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
