Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound or outbound international calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and service issues
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, billing, orders, or technical issues
  • Maintain call quality, communication etiquette, and first-call resolution
  • Update CRM systems with call details and follow-up actions
  • Meet or exceed performance KPIs: AHT, CSAT, and SLA compliance
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution
  • Adhere to process guidelines, scripts, and compliance policies

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Any graduate (Undergraduates with excellent communication can also apply)
  • Experience: 0–3 years in international BPO or voice support preferred
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication in English
  • Neutral accent and good listening skills
  • Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts

Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic computer skills
  • Patience and empathy while handling customer interactions
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes
