Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound or outbound international calls in a timely and professional manner
- Address customer queries, complaints, and service issues
- Provide accurate information regarding products, billing, orders, or technical issues
- Maintain call quality, communication etiquette, and first-call resolution
- Update CRM systems with call details and follow-up actions
- Meet or exceed performance KPIs: AHT, CSAT, and SLA compliance
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution
- Adhere to process guidelines, scripts, and compliance policies
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any graduate (Undergraduates with excellent communication can also apply)
- Experience: 0–3 years in international BPO or voice support preferred
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in English
- Neutral accent and good listening skills
- Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic computer skills
- Patience and empathy while handling customer interactions
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes
