Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls (inbound/outbound) professionally.
- Resolve queries related to products, services, billing, or technical support.
- Communicate clearly, politely, and efficiently in neutral or international English.
- Follow scripts or guidelines to maintain call quality and consistency.
- Document customer issues and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support as required.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Freshers are welcome; prior BPO/voice process experience is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US/UK timing) and rotational shifts.
- Good listening skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn CRM systems quickly.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with international customer service standards.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate issues.
- Experience with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Avaya is a plus.
- Sales or upselling skills (for outbound or blended processes).
