Job Description

  • We are looking for a skilled International Voice BPO professional to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing voice-based communication with our international clients, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via voice communication.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • 1-4 years of experience in a voice BPO role, preferably with international exposure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
