Job Description:

We are hiring freshers and experienced candidates for International Voice and Semi -Voice Process. Candidates with good communication skills and willingness to work in rotational shifts are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls (voice) or chat/email (non-voice)

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues

Maintain professionalism and quality in communication

Follow company guidelines and processes

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Pass-out Year: 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Communication: Minimum B2 / Good English communication required

Salary Package:

Freshers: 2 LPA – 3 LPA

Experienced: 3 LPA – 4.5 LPA (based on experience)

Facilities:

One-way cab (within 23 KM radius)
