Job Description
- Process payments and withdrawals for customers accurately.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction.
- Access customer information through computerized systems.
- Promote specific products and services.
- Handle customer complaints or escalate to a supervisor as needed.
- Refer customers to qualified individuals for regulated financial products.
- Generate and qualify leads via cold calling.
- Make regular calls per the sales plan and qualify leads from the database.
- Use outbound telemarketing to set face-to-face appointments for the field sales team.
- Track, manage, and follow up on leads efficiently.
