Salary: Up to 35,000 per month

Location: Malad West

Working Days: 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Offs)

Transportation: One-Way Cab Facility Provided

Shift Timing: US Shift (Night Shifts – Rotational)

Your Role & Responsibilities

International Voice Support

  • Handle inbound customer interactions professionally and confidently
  • Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, and service requests
  • Deliver accurate resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Meet defined SLAs, quality, and productivity targets

Backend & Operational Support

  • Perform data entry and documentation tasks with high accuracy
  • Process KYC updates and account-related modifications
  • Review and verify customer details as per internal policies
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks within turnaround time (TAT)

Compliance & Data Security

  • Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols
  • Follow regulatory and operational compliance standards
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in every task
  • Participate in mandatory training and knowledge refresh sessions

Skills & Competencies Required

Good English communication skills (spoken & written)

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Basic computer proficiency and typing skills

Comfortable working in US/night shifts

Ability to handle performance-driven targets

Professional attitude with strong team collaboration skills

Customer-first approach with problem-solving ability

Eligibility Criteria

HSC (12th Pass) Mandatory

Minimum 6 months of BPO experience preferred

Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply

Graduates preferred
