Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting both domestic and emerging international markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client base across geographies.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Build and nurture relationships with distributors, agents, and key clients.
  • Coordinate with SCM, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environments to adapt sales plans.
  • Participate in trade shows, business delegations, and networking events to enhance brand presence.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in sales covering both domestic and international markets.
  • Strong understanding of export/import processes, trade compliance, and documentation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage cross-cultural client relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
