Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting both domestic and emerging international markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base across geographies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Build and nurture relationships with distributors, agents, and key clients.
- Coordinate with SCM, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environments to adapt sales plans.
- Participate in trade shows, business delegations, and networking events to enhance brand presence.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in sales covering both domestic and international markets.
- Strong understanding of export/import processes, trade compliance, and documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-cultural client relationships.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
