Job Description

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in expanding our presence in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate international markets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on sales activity to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in international sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of international markets and trade regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • One should have experience in international market
  • Candidate with very good understanding of Chemical industry
  • Someone should be a BSc (Chemistry) with MBA preferred
  • Excellent Presentation and communication skills
