Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Customer Relationship Management

  • Generate new sales leads while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers to drive sustained business growth.

Sales Pipeline & Budgeting Support

  • Prepare and manage the sales pipeline to achieve defined targets. Assist in budgeting and monitoring marketing expenditure to ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal support departments such as QA/QC, R&D, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and shipment execution.

Marketing Planning & Promotion

  • Design and implement marketing plans and sales promotion activities across both online and offline channels to enhance product visibility and sales performance.

Innovation & Product Promotion

  • Adopt an innovative and creative approach to improve sales of existing products and support the successful launch of new products.

Product & Industry Knowledge

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Herbal and Natural APIs, as well as various essential products, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
