Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
International Sales Strategy Development
- Develop, establish, and maintain international sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Focus on expanding business in overseas markets and achieving predefined sales targets.
Sales Management & Promotion
- Effectively manage international sales operations, including advertising, promotional activities, and campaign execution to maximize revenue generation.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand market requirements, trends, and demands for existing and future products. Use insights to guide sales strategies and product positioning.
Client Communication & Relationship Building
- Communicate with international clients to understand their needs and requirements. Develop key relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
Sales Planning & Coordination
- Prepare international sales plans and policies. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and fulfillment of client requirements.
Revenue & Target Achievement
- Maximize sales revenue by achieving or exceeding sales targets in assigned international territories. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Travel Requirements
- High degree of international travel, particularly to African countries, to meet customers and explore business opportunities.
