Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

International Sales Strategy Development

  • Develop, establish, and maintain international sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Focus on expanding business in overseas markets and achieving predefined sales targets.

Sales Management & Promotion

  • Effectively manage international sales operations, including advertising, promotional activities, and campaign execution to maximize revenue generation.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand market requirements, trends, and demands for existing and future products. Use insights to guide sales strategies and product positioning.

Client Communication & Relationship Building

  • Communicate with international clients to understand their needs and requirements. Develop key relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.

Sales Planning & Coordination

  • Prepare international sales plans and policies. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and fulfillment of client requirements.

Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Maximize sales revenue by achieving or exceeding sales targets in assigned international territories. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Travel Requirements

  • High degree of international travel, particularly to African countries, to meet customers and explore business opportunities.
