International Sales Coordinator

One of our clients, a reputed API pharmaceutical exports company, is looking for a Sales Coordinator for their office based in Mumbai.

Job responsibilities will be as follows:

• International Marketing & Coordination
• Finding new Importers / Distributors / Whole sellers online.
• Understanding the need and wants of the customer and offering them products
• Coordinating with Customers by emails
• Coordination with the Purchase department and follow up of shipments
• Follow up with Purchase department for registration documents and order processing
• Fixing appointment for overseas exhibitions
• Coordinating with International buyer's and Indian Suppliers
• Sending enquires to suppliers
• Sending offers to overseas buyers
• Payment follow-up
