Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to international prospects (businesses and consumers).
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product demo (if applicable), negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications in CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
- Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer engagement (freshers with strong sales aptitude also welcome).
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) with a clear and neutral accent.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in international time zones and night shifts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of international sales processes and cultural nuances.
- Experience selling SaaS, technology, e-commerce, or services internationally.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of B2B and B2C sales funnels.
