- Handle inbound voice support for a leading US banking client
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries
- Maintain excellent verbal communication and customer service etiquette
- Work in night and rotational shifts as per business requirements
- Meet performance metrics such as quality scores, AHT, and CSAT
- Ensure strict adherence to data security and compliance policies
