Location: Malad / Goregaon
Shift: International (Night Shifts)
Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 rotational week-offs
Transport: One-way cab facility provided
Salary: Up to ₹5.3 LPA
Role & responsibilities
· Handle customer queries via voice and non-voice channels.
· Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.
· Maintain professional communication with clients across international markets.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to process guidelines.
Requirements:
· Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
· Willingness to work in international shift timings.
· Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
· Minimum 6 months experience in International Chat Process
· Strong communication skills (written English)
· Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
