International Customer Service / Techinal Support

Key Deliverables:

• Provide technical assistance to global customers via calls
• Resolve product or service-related issues promptly
• Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and solutions
• Ensure high-quality service delivery within defined SLAs

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls for technical troubleshooting
• Document and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
• Deliver excellent customer service in rotational shifts
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
