Hiring – International Collections Executive

We are currently hiring dynamic and target-driven professionals for an international voice role focused on account recovery and customer communication. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with international BPO experience who are confident communicators and comfortable handling negotiation-based conversations.

Job Overview

As an International Collections Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding their outstanding account balances and guiding them toward suitable repayment solutions.

The role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle sensitive financial conversations professionally. You will work towards achieving resolution targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach and following compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls with international customers regarding overdue account balances
• Communicate professionally to educate customers about their outstanding payments
• Negotiate and guide customers toward repayment plans or settlement options
• Understand customer situations and work toward mutually acceptable resolutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
• Follow company policies, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
• Maintain a professional tone while handling challenging conversations

Eligibility Criteria

• SSC / HSC completed
• Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience
• Experience in collections or recovery roles preferred
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
• Basic computer knowledge and system navigation skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Salary & Incentives

• Without collections experience: 22,000 – 35,000 in-hand
• With collections experience: Up to 38,000 in-hand

Additional Earnings

• Unlimited performance-based incentives
