Job Description
- Handle inbound customer calls for a leading US-based banking client
- Provide first-level support and resolve customer issues with accuracy and professionalism
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English with international customers
- Work in a fast-paced environment with US rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
- Follow process guidelines and meet performance benchmarks (AHT, Quality, CSAT)
- Ensure compliance with banking standards and data security protocols
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to improve service quality and efficiency
