We are hiring Customer Support Executives for International Voice & BPO Processes across multiple locations in Bangalore. Candidates with excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.

Note: No relocation support. Candidates must currently be in Bangalore and available for walk-in interviews.

Job Role: International BPO Voice Process – Customer Support Executive

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through voice support, ensuring excellent service experience, and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service requests

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction

• Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems

• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively

• Follow company policies and maintain quality standards in every interaction

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass or Above

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (role dependent)

• Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM tools

• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment

• Willingness to work in rotational/US/UK shifts depending on process

1️⃣ Banking Process – International Voice

Location: Bangalore

Salary: 20K – 25K (Freshers)

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass & Above

Experience: Freshers / International Voice experience

Shift: US Rotational Shifts

Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Cab: One-way cab (Night Shift only)

Age Limit: Up to 35 years

2️⃣ Travel Process – BPO

Location: Bangalore

Salary: Up to 30K CTC (26K Take Home)

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass & Above

Experience: Minimum 6 months BPO experience required

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Cab: Two-way cab (within 20 km)

Age Limit: Up to 30 years

3️⃣ Banking & Collections Process

Location: Bangalore

Salary: 3.5 LPA – 4.5 LPA

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year BPO Voice experience

Shift: 5 Rotational Shifts

Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Cab: Two-way cab

Age Limit: Up to 40 years

4️⃣ Telesales – International Voice (UK Process)

Location: Bangalore

Salary: 3.5 LPA – 5 LPA

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass & Above

Experience: Freshers or 18–24 months International Voice (US/UK domain acceptable)

Shift: UK Shift

Week Off: Fixed Weekends Off

Cab: Two-way cab

Age Limit: Up to 35 years
