Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for International Voice & Chat processes. This role involves handling customer interactions across Banking, Broadband, and Telecom processes for global clients. Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational night shifts.

Work Schedule

• 5 Days Working
• 2 Rotational Week Offs
• Rotational Night Shifts only (No Day Shift)

Salary Package

• ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 In-hand
• Salary hike based on last drawn salary & experience

Eligibility Criteria

• HSC with minimum 6 months BPO experience, OR
• Graduate freshers are welcome
• HSC freshers may be considered based on company requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory

• Comfortable with rotational and night shifts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Prior BPO experience preferred but not mandatory for graduates
