Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and dynamic International BPO Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the BPO industry, and will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our international clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  • Document and update customer records accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a customer service or BPO role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably in other languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
